Acqualina, a Five Star Luxury Resort on the beach, was hit hard with the Covid-19 Pandemic! Since the resort was closed to guests, their accounting team ramped up their efforts to improve their business processes and upgrade their existing systems.
Jair Garcia, CFO, reached out to ACE to put together a project plan that would seamlessly integrate their DA5, a hospitality room & misc. charges system to their Dynamics GP ERP system. With the resort empty, other than full time residents, and the dining rooms closed, it was the perfect time to make improvements! When life returns to normal and hotels and resorts can re-open, accounting will be able to handle the influx of guests so anxiously waiting to travel and vacation again.
