About Mark

Mark brings over 25 years of industry experience to include sales, marketing, customer service and operational management. Mark has owned and operated several organizations and always focused on delivering high quality, high value solutions to his clients. For the past 20 years, Mark has focused his efforts on servicing the distribution and manufacturing sectors and delivering solutions based on the Microsoft stack that drives innovation and competitive advantage for his clients.

Prior to ACE, Mark served in various Business Development capacities for other Microsoft partners. Mark was responsible for developing and deploying vertical marketing strategies, sales methodologies, public relations and business development initiatives to serve industry. In these roles, he forged strategic partnerships with Microsoft, the National Association of Manufacturers, the Georgia Industry Association, and the Georgia Tech Economic Development Institute (MEP), as well as a variety of regional service providers that address the requirements of small and mid- market manufacturers and distributors. Mark is widely viewed as a manufacturing/distribution and customer relationship management solutions expert and thought leader. As past President and Executive Committee Member of the Georgia Industry Association, he is a popular and sought-after speaker and has presented at events to include the SMART Manufacturing Conference, the Business and Marketing Alliance, Georgia Tech Manufacturing Symposium, multiple Georgia Industry Association Annual Meetings and several Microsoft conferences, among others. Mark holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia.
